Woodcase Fine Cabinetry, based in North Phoenix, is seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH!
We are seeking candidates with following experience:
-Touching up high end finishes and adjusting frameless/framed cabinetry.
-Familiarity with box construction, materials, and installation.
-Able to problem solve with critical thinking and manage job sites from installation to closing.
-Time management skills to assure proper scheduling to meet realistic timelines for punches and service calls.
-Understanding of cab components to properly order parts and correct potential issues.
-Comfortable operating a table saw and chop saw.
-Knowledge of how trim is applied and how to cut a variety of trim.
-Able to hand scribe fillers/trim to fit walls with gaps no larger than 1/16”
-Strong communication skills to keep superintendents and PMs informed on job progress and to obtain pertinent scheduling information from builder. (i.e., punch/walk dates, closings, etc.)
