Our casita needs finishing after a washing machine flooded the rooms. The vinyl flooring needs to be removed and replaced and we have all the new flooring.
There are a few drywall patches and some painting to be done (and paint matching). We are only seeking experienced professionals, preferably someone that was once a contractor, shows up on time and does quality work. Please send pictures of your work, a bit about yourself and if a good fit, we have two small shed/office units that need to be gutted and redone inside.
Payment is on Friday and I prefer to pay cash. If this sounds like something that describes you, by all means reply as we need this done as soon as possible.
