JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is seeking a skilled classic car mechanic to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. We have been operating in the Phoenix area for close to 40 years and recently went through a change of ownership so we are looking for someone who wants to help us grow the company and grow with it.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is mechanically inclined and will have experience working on classic cars. This person will be responsible for performing service, maintenance and repairs tasks on various vehicles including, but not limited to, diagnosing and repairing issues with the vehicle’s electrical systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, computer systems, electronic systems, air conditioning systems, steering systems, suspension, steering, brakes, engine management systems and emissions.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Knowledge of automotive repair and experience with classic cars
Ability to use hand tools
Willingness to learn from on-the-job training
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Reliable transportation to get to work every day
Physical ability to perform job duties including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time and working in various weather conditions (hotter than 100 degrees)
