What You’ll Do:
Lead crews on commercial concrete jobs: sitework, foundations, slabs, footing, deco concrete etc.
Manage schedule, quality control, and safety on site.
Coordinate with PMs, GCs, and suppliers.
Train and motivate crew members to work hard and get better every day.
What You Bring:
3+ years as a foreman or leadman on commercial concrete projects.
Strong understanding of formwork, rebar, placing & finishing.
Ability to read plans and lead with accountability.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
