We specialize in commercial new construction projects, partnering with the best General Contractors in the business. While we handle a variety of commercial electrical work, our primary focus is on ground-up warehouse builds and tenant improvements (TIs). We also run a separate division dedicated to ultra-luxury residential new construction. We believe in hard work, excellence, and a team-first approach. What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: Earn $22 - $40 per hour, depending on your experience and skills.

Sick Pay: Accrue one hour of sick pay for every 30 hours worked.
Overtime: Overtime is available.
Full Time: Work 40-50 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panels, wiring, and circuits, for commercial properties.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and follow NEC codes to make sure everything is done safely and correctly.
Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently, while adhering to all safety guidelines.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and solve problems using tools like a voltmeter.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Collaborate with project superintendents and other team members for smooth project execution.
Keep accurate records of completed work and ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, including the National Electric Code (NEC).
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Comfortable bending pipe and using a wire puller.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Strong commitment to safety and following safety protocols.
Experience with commercial electrical systems and safety regulations.
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and safely.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites (company-provided vehicles are available).
