Full-time work is not yet available but may be in the near future. General items for repair include but are not limited to the list below. You do not have to know all of these skills. Whichever skills you do know, please indicate your level of expertise in the application:
Appliance installation (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave kit)
Baseboard detail, repairs, square and installation
Caulking any needed areas interior and exterior
Concrete crack and breakage repairs (garage floor, stem, driveway and sidewalk repairs)
Crown molding, scribe, toe kick install
Demolition: Minor teardowns or structural removal
Door installation & repairs (small and large holes / damage)
Door adjustment (ghosting, door rubbing/sticking, door sag, leveling)
Door trim detail, repairs and installation
Drywall repairs and installs
water damager repairs
stress cracks
squaring columns
skip trowel and knochdown texture
Framing - Minor framing repairs, frame shimming, leveling, squaring
General punch list items
Hood shroud installs and customization (cuttting of shroud to fit)
Materials Purchase, Pickup & Delivery
Medicine cabinet install
Minor electrical (moving electrical boxes)
Painting (Interior and Exterior, Garage Doors also)
Site laborers (general construction site laborers)
Stucco repairs (main walls and popouts, cracks)
Tile replacement and grout touch ups
Thresholds refinishing
