CONSTRUCTION DEPT
Framing – Rough Framing to Trim Carpentry
Metal Framers
Cabinets – Installation & repairs
Drywall – Drywall Hangers to Drywall Finishers
Flooring – LVP, Wood, Tile, and Carpet
Tile – Wall Tile & Shower Tile
Electrical – Rough electrical to Trim Electrical
Plumbing – Rough plumbing to Finished plumbing (Fixture Hookup)
Roofers – Metal, asphalt shingles, and tile roofing
BOTH DEPT – CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPE (HARDSCAPE)
Concrete – Concrete Form setter, Concrete Finishers and concrete laborers
Masonry – Walls, fence and stucco work
General Laborers – Help in all sections of construction and Landscape (Hardscape)
LANDSCAPE (HARDSCAPE) DEPT
Pavers – Paver prep to paver installers
Turf – Artificial turf installation
Irrigation System – Installation of backflow, valves, timers and complete systems
Demolition and Removal – consist of remodel demo to complete demo work
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Construction / Landscape (Hardscape) experience Required – min. 1 year experience
Follow Verbal and Written instruction – Work with minimal Supervision
Ability to Communicate effectively with Employees, Customers and Supervisors.
Professional Attitude, Appearance, Dependable and Goal Orientated
Strong Work Ethics, Attention to Detail, and take Pride in your Work.
Ability to work in all of Arizona weather conditions
Anility to lift and carry 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop and twist for minimum of an 8-hour shift
No Drug use – Mandator drug test done throughout the year
Must be able to work legally in the United States Verified through E-Verify
Must wear appropriate clothing – Jeans (fits correctly), Boots, Company Shirt with any PPE
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS WE ARE LOOKING FOR – BUT NOT REQUIRED
Multiple knowledge in different construction / Landscape (Hardscape) trades is a PLUS
Valid Driver license (with clean 36 month driving record) is a PLUS
Able to Read and Understand Blueprints is a PLUS
