We are a shade company that manufactures and installs our own line of louvered roof pergolas and solar gazebos. We also do standard Alumawood and other shade structures.
I am looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and sharp-thinking installer to lead a two-man crew. You don't need experience with these particular products, but I do want to see at least 3-5 years of experience in similar fields. That could include experience in Framing, Solar, HVAC or Electrical, Patio Covers, Awnings, Roofing, etc.
Eventually, I would like to see this person take on some superintending responsibilities and move into that role. But I can't say this enough, for the foreseeable future, I need someone who can work hard, think fast, and produce results.
Attention to detail, clean workspaces, and good client interactions are a must.
We will supply you well with organized materials, supplies, training, and instruction. However, we want problem solvers and outside-the-box thinkers to help us always be doing better.
