Job description
We are a custom cabinet manufacturer seeking an experienced and skilled installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing custom cabinetry and millwork, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Install custom cabinets and millwork in residential and commercial settings
- Work closely with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate installation according to specifications
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the installation process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for and accounted for
- Troubleshoot any installation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in custom cabinet installation
- Extensive knowledge of cabinet construction and installation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and drawings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
