GMS Concrete Specialists/GDG Services Residential has a Customer Service Warranty Schedule Coordinator position available for a motivated, efficient, and experienced team member. Your responsibilities:
Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, changes, and cancellations. Update Customer Service management software or scheduling tools with real-time information. Access Builder cloud-based scheduling (Supply Pro), review, and separate plumbing options.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage schedules for all warranty services related to plumbing for new home warranty construction. Schedule job repairs, installations, and inspections based on warranty urgency timelines and availability.
Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with builders, contractors, and internal teams to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts. Collaborate with plumbers and other staff to optimize work schedules. Provide timely updates on the warranty service completion and customer satisfaction to plumbing field supervisors through daily stand-ups and interdepartmental communications.
Resource Allocation: Ensure all necessary materials and plumbing replacement parts are available before scheduling work and assisting with ordering.
Problem-solving: Address scheduling conflicts promptly and find alternative solutions. Be flexible and help with plumbing operations, performing other duties as needed.
Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with supervisors and site superintendents to optimize scheduling efficiency.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to builders and residential customers by communicating appointment details, confirming arrival times, and addressing concerns.
