Arizona Specialty Demolition is currently looking to fill 2 full-time Demolition Foreman positions. Schedule will fluctuate depending on project needs (occasional night shifts may be required). Competitive Pay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
- Lead a demolition crew of 6-7 people.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks on a daily basis throughout project
- Ensure that all safety and quality standards are being met.
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment. Knowledge of machinery/equipment use required to ensure you and others are using safely and properly. Certifications a plus
- Manage jobsite to ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Maintain good communication with superintendents and Project Managers.
- Monitor attendance and work performance of crew. Communicate crewmember issues to appropriate personnel (PM, superintendent and/or HR manager).
- Attend jobsite meetings with project manager and other personnel to go over scope as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read blue prints and plans.
- Experience in demolition field REQUIRED
- Must be able to understand scope of work based on project documents provided
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to drive and pull a trailer required
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Proven leadership skills a must as you will be responsible for a crew of 6-7 employees
- Bilingual a huge plus
