Arizona Specialty Demolition is seeking experienced interior Demolition Technicians to join our growing team!
Duties:
Perform interior demolition of various building structures and materials including ceiling tile, ceiling grid, hard lid, drywall, framed walls, CMU walls, roof structure, floor structures, windows, doors/frames, flooring and concrete slab
Work safely around live waterlines, live electrical conduits, and active sprinkler heads
Properly execute demolition plans as assigned by Foreman/Supervisor & assist other crew members on detailed tasks
Help laborers with trash/debris removal
Adhere to all company and federally regulated safety standards (OSHA)
Qualifications:
Experience with operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, skid steer, reach fork, electric & propane floor machines safely and efficiently
2-3 years’ experience preferred (in all areas of demolition – interior and exterior)
Basic demo tools required – utility knives, tin snips, bolt cutters, hatchet, tape measure, chalk line – own Sawzall and drill set preferred but not required
Aerial Lift certification for scissor & boom lifts a plus
OSHA 10-hour/OSHA 30-Hour certifications a plus
Must be punctual
Must be self-motivated and able to confidently lead others
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. +
Must be able to take direction from Foreman/Supervisor and work as a team
Must have RELIABLE transportation
Must have 2 valid forms of ID (Documentation is required prior to employment per Form I-9 Acceptable Documents)

Starting Hourly Rate $21.00 + DOE
