Wanted: Entry-Level Maintenance Technician – Full-Time, W2 with Benefits!
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team! This full-time, W2 position comes with benefits after 60 days and offers a great opportunity to build a career in multi-family maintenance and renovations. Responsibilities:
Assist with installing finish hardware (light fixtures, switches, door knobs, cabinet pulls, ceiling fans, etc.).
Perform minor drywall repairs, including patching holes and smoothing surfaces.
Complete paint touchups to match existing finishes.
Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as minor plumbing or electrical fixes.
Work efficiently, follow directions, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of tools and home repair tasks (training provided for additional skills).
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle to travel to job sites).
Must have your own basic hand tools.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Pay & Benefits:

Full-time only.
