We are currently seeking a experienced professional to join our team as an Environmental Health and Safety Inspector. This role involves conducting inspections and assessments related to asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP), mold, and indoor air quality (IAQ) to ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections for asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP), mold, and indoor air quality (IAQ).
Produce detailed project documentation, including field reports, sketches, laboratory Chain of Custody forms, and more.
Oversee remediation contractors to ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Perform final visual inspections and air clearance sampling activities.
Maintain and calibrate testing and monitoring equipment.
Qualifications:
AHERA Building Inspector and Contractor/Supervisor certifications.
At least 1 year of AHERA-related work experience.
