Arizona Company that serves the valley delivering and installing for various clients is seeking new Full Time team member specialist for mass production.
The job entails physical and mental fitness acuity. A combination of warehouse dolly moving experience and assembly experience is a plus.
Valid Drivers License and Social Security are required. Clean background check and drug test during application process is req'd to qualify.
Experience working for an installation company is not necessary but Hands-on Experience using HAND TOOLS and POWER TOOLS is required and a must for the Installer position.
Having your tools is a plus, but not necessary. The hands on experience required includes but is not limited to properly using:
Impact Driver/Drill
Channel Locks
Socket Wrench
Measuring tape and Leveling
Understanding different bit sizes applied to drill/drivers, nuts and screws for different installation parts requiring precision and efficiency.
Construction and general labor environment -requiring hard hat and safety vest. Must have a strong back core to move heavy appliances (furniture, refrigerators, stalked washer and dryer, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, exercise equipment, as an example).
The job is done in teams of two (Main installer and helper). Both roles have openings at this time.
Using 26 ft Box Truck to transport, unload, unbox, move up (building stairs on occasion), moving in (apartments or houses), installing and testing equipment for acceptable completion of job - overseen by property supervisors and inspectors.
Hours average - 8-10hrs a day
Start time - 6:30am
M-Fri. No weekends.
Compensation:
Pay for Installer position On-the-job training is $160/day the first 2 weeks of training, then $190/day when installation training is complete - proven experience with tools prior to hiring is a must.
Pay for Helper position with dolly moving experience starts at $130/day - is first in line for installer hire consideration.
