Pay & schedule
$23–$27/hour (based on skill, verified in a paid working interview)
40+ hrs/week, year-round
Overtime per law when applicable

- Prep/mask, repair minor stucco, airless spray, brush/roll finishes
- Work safely on ladders up to 24' and outdoors in AZ heat

Path to Crew Leader
- We only promote from within. No one is hired directly as crew leader.
- The earliest we consider is after 90 days of consistent performance (attendance, quality, teamwork, safety).
