Plumber Needed

UMC Builders, LLC is a general contracting firm that provides full construction services from pre-design to project management with almost every trade provided in-house. We do commercial remodels, home remodels from big to small, new custom home builds, and house flipping. At UMC we enjoy investing in our employees and seeing them learn and grow with us!
Experience
Journeyman Plumber – 5 years experience minimum in commercial
Experienced in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing new and existing plumbing per specifications and plumbing code
Sufficient in soldering and brazing
Job Description/Requirements
Ability to travel throughout the state to different job sites IS A MUST
Only dependable and punctual professionals need apply
Alcohol and drug free work environment
Accustomed to a fast-pace where you can work independently as well as teach others
Basic understanding of how to read blueprints and specifications.
Work productively with superintendents, project managers, co-workers, and other trades in a construction environment.
Willingness to step outside of individual trade and do other work it may take to complete the job
Manage self and possibly work crews ensuring all project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget including documenting hours worked and job progress.
Adhere to all safety regulations at all times on the job site
Complete work orders on time
Create records of materials used
Owns standard set of hand and power tools to perform tasks safely
Owns own set of trade specific tools
Own transportation
Possess valid driver's license

Prevailing Wages Offered
Salary- $30-$38 an hour depending on experience
Bonus Incentives on per-job basis
Weekly Pay every Friday
