Sign manufacturer looking for a skilled worker with current working fabrication experience. We are not looking for a supervisor.
Looking for:
1) Strong skills in precise measuring and cutting.
2) Ability to read plans and working sketches in 2D and visualize in 3D.
3) Precise assembly of components.
4) Extreme focus on work without vaporing, smoking, phone or excessive bathroom usage.
5) Follow through without numerous mistakes.
Building sign cabinets is rewarding and enjoyable if you have skillsets that can be transferred to this industry(ie, aeronautical fabricator, welder, trim carpenter, ac duct fabricator, metal fabricator)
PAY IS BASED ON ABILITY TO PRODUCE. HIGH PAY IS TIED TO HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT OUTPUT.
TECH CERTIFICATION AND /OR CURRENT LICENSES EQUALS AUTOMATIC PAY ADJUSTMENT.
