Dirt Worx Contracting is seeking a skilled Finish Gannon Operator for full-time work in the Casa Grande area.
The right candidate will be responsible for finish grading ABC and cutting sub-grade for concrete, curbs, and sidewalks. Must be able to work independently and produce precise grades using Gannon tractors.
Responsibilities:
-Finish grade ABC to tight tolerances
-Cut sub-grade for flatwork (sidewalks, curbs, pads, etc)
-Read and interpret survey stakes and blue tops
-Operate grading lasers for accurate elevation control
-Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience operating Gannon/box blade tractors
-Proficient with grading lasers and reading survey stakes
-Strong understanding of grading and site prep
-Reliable transportation and punctuality
-Safety-focused and able to work as part of a team
Preferred (a plus, but not required):
-Ability to operate loader, backhoe, track hoe, and water truck
-Dust Control Card
-OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
Compensation is based on experience.
