Earthcore Development was established in 2005 and headquartered in Mesa, we are a small company with room for growth. Earthcore provides our customers with demolition and grading construction services.
Our Fuel and lube technician will be responsible for visiting each Earthcore job site daily to add fuel, grease, and check the fluids in all of our equipment. Adding hydraulic fluid, motor oil, transmission, fluid, water to the radiators, etc.
And may do oil changes and fluid changes as needed.
The technician will be required to have an understanding of how the heavy equipment operates. Be able to safely operate a C 4500 mechanic and lube truck. They may need to safely start and manipulate attachments in order to successfully lube, all hinge points.
This position requires a clean, driving record, organizational and recordkeeping skills, as well as excellent navigation and problem-solving skills, and experience working in the Phoenix metropolitan area particularly on or specifically in the heavy equipment earthwork construction field. Also have a health card.
For the right candidate this position will have room for expansion and growth as we move into a larger fuel truck in the future, requiring a CDL, a tanker, and hazmat certification and to help develop an additional technician to divide and conquer the workload.
This position is full-time positions; 40-50 hours per week with possible over time.
