Modern Shade is the premier luxury window treatment company in the valley. We specialize in the design, sale and installation of interior and exterior window shadings. Modern Shade has experienced exciting growth and need to add to our experienced install team of full-time professionals. This position is an entry level install position, and all training and tools will be provided. We sell an array of products and the only way to learn is through experience. This position starts at $40k salary per year, 12 days PTO annually, with health benefits after 30 days. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Please read position requirements below.
Some trade experience can be beneficial. Those in finish carpentry, cabinetry and the AV industry tend to transition nicely, but this is NOT a requirement.

Must be dependable and reliable

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to present a clean and professional image to homeowners
Must be able to climb extension ladders, use basic power tools and lift heavy shades overhead
Must be desiring longtime employment with growth in knowledge and skills
