Established local custom garage cabinet company is looking for an experience installer who can install face frame cabinets to join our team. Willing to train the right candidate.
$1000 sign on bonus if you have garage cabinet installation experience after 90 days of employment
Job Requirements
-Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record
-Must be able to lift 50lbs and able to load and unload cabinets
-Must be willing to work in un air-conditioned area of the home. You must have the physical ability to handle our hot weather.
Must be able to read, understand and work from shop prints
Must know how to use carpentry tools and machinery
Must have a respectable and professional appearance
Maintain our company's highest customer service reputation
Must have a good attendance record
A reliable vehicle that can haul our enclosed trailer or a truck with an 8’ bed. Is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Monday-Friday (some Saturdays)
Hours are 6 am to load job for the day and work until the job is completed (depending on the size of job, typical installs are 7-8 hours) Personal time management is a must.
Training lasts 1-4 weeks depending on experience and will be paid an hourly rate during training.
Salary:
Pay is commission of between 13-14% depending on experience plus a daily delivery fee. We offer paid vacations & family friendly holiday pay. Our current installers average $25-$30 per hour
Shop is located in Mesa (Alma School & Broadway), however you will be driving all over the valley for installation.
Open interviews are daily from 7am to 8am.
