Commercial Glazier:
Gilbert Glass is seeking full-time glaziers in the commercial glass/glazing industry. This person must be a problem-solver, have exceptional communication skills, have a strong work ethic, and have a willingness to adapt and learn.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform general physical activities.
Qualified and competent in the operation of small equipment / tools.
Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
Install aluminum window frames, door frames, unitized window systems, store fronts and curtain walls.
Hang large, heavy all-glass doors into installed aluminum door frames.
Safely handle and move large, heavy, sharp and fragile glass units, aluminum frames, and other materials.
Interpret drawings & specifications to determine size, type and dimensions of glass and to establish location for staging materials, framing and installation procedures.
Document project activities.
Possible out-of-town work.
Pay:
$25+/Hr. Depending on Experience
