Small remodeling/ handyman company looking for new team member.
The right candidate needs to be proficient at multiple trades including
- plumbing
- electrical
- framing
- tile
- demo
- carpentry
- painting
- handyman
Etc.
Position is 1099 with possibility to move to employee in the future if wanted.
Pay starts between $25-35+ an hour depending on experience and speed.
With pay increase incentives
- must have own hand tools, power tools, and transportation.
Company van will be provided to take home once 30 day probation is complete.
Gas credit of $10-$20 a day provided while you drive your own vehicle.
We supply large power tools needed such as jackhammers, miter saws, paint sprayers, etc.
- must have a clean criminal record within the last 8 years, as well as a clean driving record.
- we try to keep the schedule 8am-4pm mon-fri.
Once in a while, you may have to start earlier or work later. We rarely work on the weekends.
Usually 40hrs a week. Sometimes more or less.
- paid lunch breaks, your time starts at you first job and ends at your last job. We expect you to take a 30min lunch break but we do not deduct it from your hours.
- we work all over the valley, so must be okay with lots of paid drive time some days.
must speak English, Spanish is a plus
