We are a dynamic Airbnb property management company seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our team on a contract basis. As a key player in ensuring our properties are in top condition, you'll handle various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Install fixtures and appliances.
- Respond promptly to service requests from our management team.
- Maintain a detailed record of all work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with references.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Per job, bid out and agreed to ahead of time
- with no bid, $30 trip charge per job plus up to $30 per hour, for all other jobs, within the limits of independent contractor laws in AZ.
- Payment will be issued as a 1099 contractor; you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, mileage and expenses.
