We are looking for part-time handyman with rent ready, work order and drywall repair experience. Must be able to match texture. Must have experience in all textures to match texture of repair. All drywall jobs are small to medium sizes. Must have all tools required for handyman and drywall repairs. Must have smart phone, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance. If brought on board, you will be a W2 employee after a probationary period. Must take before and after photos of work completed. This position is an "as needed" position. Work volume will vary depending on work that's available. This position is ideal for someone looking for extra side work.
$30-$40 an hour.
