Help needed for a growing HVAC/Electric contractor.
We are seeking a motivated, confident installer with tools and a truck that has some experience running conduit, electrical boxes and comfortable and able to do occasional attic work. Skills should include the safe use of cordless power drills, impacts, angle grinders and saws. Having these tools makes you more valuable hence your compensation will be higher.
Before divulging what the compensation is for this position I want to first state: This is not a job, It's an opportunity for both of us. We need trained installers (we can train) with tools and a reliable truck and you need a well paying job with a solid future. Ultimately we will be grooming you to be a sub contractor, not an employee and will be able and legally allowed, to work under our license. Base pay is $18/hr during training and after a month of installs and you are on your own the pay is $800 $1,000 per day, sometimes 6 days per week during the busy season. A two man crew can easily double this
