A craftsman at Highway 85 Creative builds structures and custom pieces to client specifications. Our talented team adds value with their knowledge of building materials and know-how to create beautiful structures. You will be working closely with our account services team as well as the full team of designers, engineers, graphic team, and more.
Results you Own
-On time, on spec, on budget fabrication
-Fabricate, laminate, assemble, and fit check construction of standard and custom elements
-Assist in training and development of junior shop assistants
-Assist is developing prototypes, fabrication methods and materials
-Inspect and provide general maintenance of equipment
-Maintain a clean, safe work station and overall shop environment
Required Skills/Abilities
-Knowledge of wood-working tools
-Unwavering attention to detail
-Ability to list 50 lbs or more
-Understanding of cabinet installation
-Basics of sanding and laminating
-Ability to learn and adapt to team dynamics
Education and Experience
-Previous woodworking experience 3-5 years
