Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Plumbers to join our team for ongoing and upcoming commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial environments such as office buildings, schools, hospitals, and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and test commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and gas piping
Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
Set fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and backflow preventers
Layout and install piping systems using PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, and steel
Thread, solder, weld, and glue pipes and fittings
Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and standards
Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
HVAC
Key Responsibilities:
Install sheet metal ductwork (rectangular, round, and spiral) according to blueprints and specifications
Install commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, air handlers, VAVs, and split systems
Perform layout and fabrication of ducts and fittings
Seal, insulate, and test duct systems for air leaks and performance
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades
Adhere to all job site safety protocols and company policies
