Physical ability to lift well over 50-100 pounds
Prior knowledge of appliance installation (no exceptions)
Proficiency in using a dolly to transport appliances safely and efficiently
Skill in lifting and maneuvering appliances
Punctual and reliable
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Benefits and Compensation:
Starting wage of $18 per hour for individuals without prior experience.
Opportunity for growth with potential earnings of up to $28 per hour based on experience and performance.
