Looking for established remodel crews experienced in all facets of remodeling from framing to finish. We are needing experienced turn key crews that have experience renovating homes for clients such as Mainstreet Renewal, Progress, American Homes 4 Rent, etc. These are investment companies that we renovate to their specs and then the property management company rents them out. We prefer to work with established crews that have experience in this industry working as a sub-contractor. We pay on a net 5 pay structure. We also do private bid work for occupied homes. We require pictures of your work. We prefer to have references. Reliable transportation and tools are a must. We are picky about who we hire as we require reliability and self starters with our clients. We pay on time and we pay well so we can afford to be picky. We currently run 10 full time crews, all of whom have been with us for a minimum of 3 years. Pay is per project or piece rate and paid upon completion. We cover material.
