Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean, professional finish on each project. We work on both residential and commercial jobs, so attention to detail and quality workmanship are key.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, or repairing as needed
Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Protect surfaces with drop cloths or tape to prevent damage
Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
Communicate with team members and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently
Follow safety guidelines and company standards
Requirements:
Previous painting experience preferred (not required for entry-level applicants)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work independently and with a team
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to learn and adaptEffective communication
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a standard background check.
