What You’ll Do:
Assist with and lead residential/light commercial HVAC installations
Shadow experienced service techs to learn system diagnostics and maintenance
Receive hands-on training in refrigerant charging, airflow testing, and control systems
Attend regular technical training (in-house and manufacturer-certified)
Maintain clean, professional job sites and represent our brand with pride
What You Bring:
1+ year experience in HVAC installation
EPA 608 certification
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in diagnostics
Great attitude, team spirit, and a drive to grow
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
