Job Title: Project Foreman
Reports to: Project Superintendent
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage base project cost
Manage site labor
Manage any subcontractors
Achieve safe, on-time and under budget completion of projects
Work with project superintendent / project manager
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee trade employees ensuring top quality work is produced on schedule and within budget
Oversee trade employees ensuring project safety and OSHA compliance
Coordinate trade teams to foresee installation conflicts
Responsible for labor budget and project schedule through coordination with superintendent
Assist project engineer / project coordinator with all RFI’s and change order documentation
Responsible for maintaining trade tools and equipment for proper operation and safety
Responsible for site material inventory and tracking
Attend all necessary site project meetings and report / submit all project documentation including meeting minutes to the project teams including project superintendent / project manager
Maintain on site team production and efficiency
Maintain professional customer relations, communicate complex information, and update general contractor on project status
Plan and schedule the team’s daily work assignments and communicate work status with project team
Assist in personnel actions such as reviewing, supervising, and terminating assigned employees
Enforce company policies and adhere to company standards and requirements
Perform daily quality inspections and record work progress
Responsible for daily employee’s time sheets
Attend monthly project status meeting with company project team
Requirements:
3+ Years as a foreman on construction projects; preferably in HVAC or Plumbing trades
Verifiable work history
Reliable transportation to commute to worksite daily
