## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to run PMA's and fresh maintenance calls with the occasional service call. Our Selling Tech's are allowed to sale units, parts, upgrades and air quality products. We give you the opportunity to close deals on your own.
We have multiple pay structures to fit your income requirements
We have tons of calls year round
All Tech's are provided a van, gas card and tablet
## Duties
- Sell Preventive Maintenance Contracts
- Perform regular maintenance on Residential HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Respond to emergency service calls for repairs
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues
## Skills
- Experience with sales and repairs
- Previous experience as a maintenance or service tecnician
- Valid driver's license with a clean record for van driving duties
- Mechanical aptitude with skills as a Mechanic
- Knowledge of field service work and repair techniques
- Must Be able to self manage your time on calls
-Must have at least 1 year experience This is none negotiable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
