HVAC / SERVICE TECHNICIAN / COMMERCIAL / EXPERIENCED
HIRING IMMEDIATELY / Full time hourly position / Commercial buildings and properties only, no commission selling and no residential.
This position is for someone who has at least 3-5 years' experience with repairs and maintenance on commercial equipment, formal education in the industry/trade, theory of operations proficiency, good refrigerant and electrical troubleshooting skills. Standard field equipment ranges from 1.5 to 50 tons, water source heat-pumps, mini splits, chilled water AHU/FCU's RTU's, DX splits, evaporative coolers and needs skills in equipment replacement projects.
Experience that is a plus, BMS systems & controls, piping skills, deep electrical skills, central plant, servicing cooling towers & chillers & critical equipment in Data Centers.
MUST HAVE:
- Own general tools, meters and gauges. Company provides larger items.
- Clean driving record for ability to be insured for company vehicle operations
- Ability to pass background check and drug testing. Drug "free" work environment
- Able to take direction and work with others.
- Honest and can work independently, manage oneself and be productive.
- Good work ethics, able to tell management what "you do not know", pride in workmanship and self-motivated.
- Professional tradesman.
- Looking for long term with firm. Can help grow the firm, gain experience and be part of productive team.
