HVAC Startup & Warranty Technician - Multi-family new construction
Duties and Responsibilities:
Brazing of linesets in new construction buildings to air handling and condensing equipment
Startup of new HVAC system per manufacture specifications
Warranty service for projects under contract warranty (Less than 1 year old)
Perform pre-functional inspections/checklist and startup of Split System HVAC equipment
Troubleshoot systems during startup process as required to ensure system functionality
Provide wiring of air handlers, condensers and thermostats as required
Reading and understand of control wiring and high voltage wiring diagrams
Requirements:
EPA License Type 2
Clean Driving Record for use of company vehicle
Experience on change outs of ceiling mounted Air Handlers and split systems
