Here’s What Will Be Expected From You:
Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions through exceptional customer service
Communicating with dispatch, managers, parts and installation teams, and properly completing paperwork
Keeping your company vehicle clean, inside and out, and updating its inventory
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, having a clean driving record, and participating in training to grow and develop as a professional

Here Is What You Will Be Doing:
Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and
compressors
Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
Do I have What it Takes:
8+ years of experience in HVAC service, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Must be able to follow directions and work independently
EPA certification
US work authorization (REQUIRED)
Great Customer Service skills
Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record
