A 27 year local commercial general contractor is currently seeking a TI foreman or working superintendent aspiring to be a commercial general contractor superintendent for projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We are willing to train and help the individual increase their management skills and grow as far as they choose to in commercial construction management.
Requirements:
⢠Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug and criminal background checks
⢠Commercial construction experience
⢠Proficient in performing metal stud framing, hanging taping & texturing drywall, paint, and other T.I. finish skills
⢠Fundamental blueprint reading
⢠Positive attitude and good people skills
⢠Ability to communicate clearly & concisely
⢠Basic computer proficiency
⢠Good problem solving skills
⢠Organizational & time management skills
⢠Safety consciousness
⢠Periodic night and/or Saturday work may be required
Additional skills that are a plus but not required
⢠Bilingual
⢠OSHA & first aid training
⢠Previous experience managing subcontractors
