Must read entire post. I am looking for experienced supertendent, painters, apprentice. Must have proven experience at least two years superintendent must have at least 10 years of experience. And at least 5 years experience supervising. Must be willing to work out of town. We are currently doing A 8 month project in Camp Verde and Prescott, meet at my house. We ride out in my trucks. Must have own transportation, as we still do work in town. As it comes up, you must have all your own basic tools. Must wear painter whites. If you don't show up to work every day, don't waste my time if you don't have experience, don't waste my time. You will be sent home right away. Pay is every 2 weeks. Superintendent will be on a salary plus company truck. Painters start off at 25 to $28 an hour. After evaluation, it can go up apprentices start off at 20 to $25 an hour. Depending on experience. We are a small company, but growing fast. We offer paid holidays. Everyone is 1099 until after probation period then you can go on W2 or choose to stay on 1099 it's your choice.
