Landscape Construction Assistant Superintendent / Warranty needed!
Permanent employment opportunity with fast-paced, high-end landscape and pool construction company. Must be extremely organized, detail oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills. Will assist the field Superintendent manage 2 to 3 crews with English and Spanish speaking workers/trades.
-Bilingual is a HUGE PLUS
-Good Driving Record
Experience in the following (% of work done by company):
Landscape and irrigation (15%)
Masonry (20%)
Paver and stone patios (30%)
General Contracting (Footings, framing, lathe/stucco, roofing) (15%)
Gas and electrical (10%)
Tile and stone (10%)
Duties include:
-Assisting in managing and scheduling crews
-Assisting in communication with subs and crews
-Daily job site visits
-Professional communication with home owners
- Assisting your Field Supervisor with what is needed to complete a project
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years' experience within landscape, hardscape and construction environments
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Spanish)
-Proven track record of excellent project management
-Able to manage multiple projects and crews efficiently and effectively
This position is to groom you to become a Landscape Field Superintendent. which would take approximately 3-9 months.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000
