Family owned landscape maintenance company is looking for a motivated and energetic Landscape Foreman to join our team. You will be responsible for the supervision of one of our landscape maintenance crews and oversee up to 10 communities. Bi-lingual required. This position plays an important role in making sure our HOA communities are well taken care of. You will need to be able to motivate your team to get the community cleaned up in the most efficient manor. This is a full-time position and may require some Saturdays. We are looking for a dependable, motivated person to take our team to the next level with training and development of skills.
Qualifications
·Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
·Good communication skills.
·Organized, pays attention to detail and has great follow-up
·Willing to learn new skills
Ability to manage time effectively.
·Willing to work hard and be firm with the team when needed.
Monday - Friday occasional Saturdays; PTO and paid holidays; Employee hourly position.
