Construction Knowledge and Experience is a plus , But be willing to train the right people.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION! Projects are all over the valley and You will need to be able to get to locations, Store Runs, Etc on demand as needed . Unfortunately Shared or Public Transportation will not work!
