Lead Finishing Manager for Custom Cabinetry Finishing Department

Rysso Peters Custom Cabinetry is looking to hire a full-time Lead Finishing Manager for our finishing department. We are a completely custom millwork manufacturing facility in Phoenix that produces high-end product for residential and specialty projects.
This position is Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with Saturday’s as needed. The working environment is steady and requires standing, bending and lifting.
Experience:
Must be able to mix custom stain and create custom finishes. Ability of this will be demonstrated by candidate before hiring.
Must be familiar with UTC’s, lacquer and water -based products.
Daily Expectations:
Will work with project managers and staff to fulfill client sample requests and punch list items in addition to general production on a daily basis. The ability to multitask is essential.
Position is responsible for monitoring stock, keeping inventory and taking weekly product orders.
Ensures that all finishing work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
Works with other team members to coordinate and complete projects on time.
Follows safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
