Job Overview
We’re hiring a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing field services team. You’ll be responsible for performing monthly pool cleaning and maintenance for our portfolio of single-family rental properties. You'll ensure pools are safe, clean, and fully functional—protecting property value and enhancing tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct monthly pool cleaning and chemical balancing at residential properties
Perform routine inspections to ensure proper pump/filter operation and water quality
Identify and report maintenance issues (equipment wear, leaks, etc.)
Log completed services using our mobile app for real-time updates
Deliver professional, courteous service to tenants when on-site
Coordinate with the maintenance team for any additional repair needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pool cleaning or general property maintenance preferred
- Understanding of pool chemical treatment and basic filtration systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable using smartphone apps to track work and communicate
Team player willing to jump in and help wherever needed
