Lead Window Installer Trainee
$24.97 per/hour and work your way up to $35.16 as a Lead
Must have prior EXPERIENCE in substantial construction, such as Framing and Finish Carpentry to assist in window and door installation during training.
Lead window and door installers must own their truck to pull a company trailer.
We do pay mileage reimbursement for pulling a trailer once you become a lead.
Training may take approximately 4-6 months, depending on your skill level.

Someone who really cares about quality work and attention to detail.
You do not have to have a truck as a trainee but you must have your own good running vehicle to drive to the jobsite and a Valid Driver’s License.
This is a Full-Time position.
We do background checks.
We are hiring employees only, not independent contractors.
We work valley wide, Not Statewide.
We have been in business in the valley since 1997.
This is Not Temporary Work.
Pay depends on skills.
Job Duties include:
- Tear out existing windows & doors from all types of residential construction such as Masonry, Double Red Brick, and Frame Stucco (done with sill pans). Mostly frame over installs with a stucco frame.
- Tear out old wood, steel sash, aluminum, or vinyl windows and doors.
- Install new aluminum, wood, or vinyl windows and doors in any of these applications.
- Install new Vinyl Windows and Doors using the Flush Fin, nail fin & pull frame (with sill pans) method of installation.
- Perform all finish work needed, such as trim, caulking, minor patching.
- Frame openings
- Finish carpentry
- be well versed on safe work practices and practice them.
The person we hire MUST:
#1- be available to work Monday - Saturday.
#2 - have basic hand tools for the job.
#3– have a strong command of the English Language.
#4– be healthy enough to lift and carry heavy windows.
#5 – be Legal to Work in the United States.
