Mechanic wanted to fill in at Dahn Automotive. We're located in the East valley, off of Alma School in between Southern and Broadway.
The position is open immediately through the end of October, with the possibility of continuing long term. Full or part time Hours are flexible, and as much work as you are able or want.
The scope of work is general auto repair. Mainly suspension, AC and maintenance. We usually stay away from diesel & heavy line, but are open to that work if it is within your comfort and you want it.
We also have a couple project vehicles that we would entertain hiring a second person for.
-1966 Continental w/LS3 swap to be finished
-1969 Camero, almost complete, needs minor finishing of Holly EFI system
-1969 Camero, full suspension & drivetrain assembly once it's back from the paint shop.
Having enough experience to be mostly self sufficient is what we are looking for. You don't have to be a master tech or certified. We have very good relationships with our customers, so a clean and friendly work environment is appreciated. We have a fully stocked tool cart available to use. You are welcome to bring in your own tools.
Pay is 20-30/hr, cash Depending on experience (weekly or biweekly ).
