We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder with a strong background in outer shell welding to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, maintains high-quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MIG welding on outer shells, frames, and fabricated components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
Measure, cut, and prepare materials before welding
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work collaboratively with fabrication and production teams
Requirements:
2+ years of MIG welding experience (outer shell welding highly preferred)
Ability to weld clean, aesthetically consistent outer shell welds
Familiarity with shop tools, grinders, clamps, and measuring devices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Welding certifications a plus but not required
