Must have knowledge of 24 Hour Emergency Water and Flood Damage Restoration, Fire / Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation and Removal, Commercial Cleaning, Janitorial, COVID-19 Cleaning, and Board-Ups
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Quality checking each job daily
Creating and submitting estimates in a timely manner
Following up with customers and insurance adjusters
Managing the daily schedules as well as building the on call schedule
Overlooking and managing technicians in the field.
We would like a candidate to have:
Certifications (preferred) i.e: IICRC certifications
Xactimate Experience
Restoration Experience (water, mold, fire, trauma, etc) (required)
MICA
