We're currently looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our crew as General Laborers.
This is a full-time position: 40 hours/week with opportunities for overtime.
Position Requirements:
Assist with general labor tasks on job sites
Must be dependable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly
Physically fit – able to stand, walk, bend, and lift 35+ lbs repeatedly
Must follow all safety regulations and wear proper PPE
Preferred but not required:
Experience in general construction
Use of hand tools and small equipment
Previous experience in grading or excavation
